The "Hello Kitty" edition is a special version of the PS one model (SCPH-100) released exclusively in the Japanese market in collaboration with Sanrio. This console features a pastel pink shell with a Hello Kitty illustration and the brand's logo printed directly onto the disc cover. The bundle included not only the console but also a matching DualShock controller and a memory card in the same pink hue. It was designed to appeal to a younger and female audience, becoming one of the most distinctive and sought-after aesthetic variants of the original PlayStation's slim redesign.
