Cobalt Blue

For the standard PS5 (Launch Model), the Cobalt Blue covers are part of the Deep Earth Collection. Unlike the Slim model, these are the famous large, single-piece "fins." The finish is a deep metallic blue with a shimmer that shifts depending on light, giving the console a much more imposing and luxurious look than the stock matte white plastic. Being for the original model, these covers are significantly larger and heavier. By 2026, finding official stock of these plates for the "Fat" model is becoming difficult, which has caused their resale value to rise slightly, especially for the disc drive version.
