Description
The "Midnight Blue" edition is perhaps the most iconic PlayStation console among collectors. It was released to commemorate the milestone of 10 million units sold worldwide. Its main feature is a dark blue translucent shell with a unique matte, "sandblasted" texture exclusive to this version. Only 300 units were produced in total (100 per region: Japan, USA, and Europe), and they were never available at retail; they were distributed strictly as prizes in official Sony promotions and contests.
