Blitz Distribution

The "Blitz Distribution" edition is an extremely rare promotional piece commissioned by Activision for the skate distribution company Blitz Distribution (co-founded by Tony Hawk and Per Welinder). It was created to commemorate the launch of the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater in 1999. The console is a standard original unit (Gray) featuring the Birdhouse Skateboards and Blitz Distribution logos screen-printed on the disc cover. Production is believed to be incredibly limited (possibly fewer than 5-10 units), originally intended for company executives and Tony Hawk himself, making it a "holy grail" for both video game collectors and skateboarding memorabilia enthusiasts.
